PLEASE JOIN TWITTER and sign up to text alerts about match changes etc :-

Receiving twitter texts is free, and the service is currently supported on Vodafone, O2, Orange and 3.

When you've got some spare time please follow these instructions (if you've already got a Twitter account jump to no.3) :-

1. On your PC go to www.twitter.com/signup . Enter your full name and email address, and choose a username. If you can't find one that's unique try one starting with CRFC (mine is crfcpaul).

2. Ignore "Suggestions" and "Friends" and "Anyone" screens for now - click "Next Step" 3 times.

3. Click on Settings then Mobile and follow instructions for adding your mobile phone to your twitter account.

Send START to 86444 to start the process. You'll need your username and password handy.

4. When your phone is connected send the text message follow crfcpaul to 86444 so that you receive text messages whenever I send a tweet (and to think I said I'd never join twitter !).

5. You can send me a direct message from your phone by texting : d crfcpaul yourmessage to 86444. Text can be upper or lower case - doesn't matter.

6. Send the following texts to to 86444 to follow Toby Miles, Jef Biggs and Chris Childs :-

Follow urontome
