Cranbrook RFC Under 12s welcomes boys and girls of all abilities that have a desire to play and improve their skills in the game of rugby. There is a wealth of information to help you enjoy your time at Cranbrook RFC whether you are a member or just visiting. As the Under 11 Age Group in 2008/09 the squad won 7 trophies. It was able to do this for a number of reasons
 

1. Fantastic and enthusiastic parental support,

2.  The number of boys and girls in attendance

3. Leadership and motivation through management and coaching

4.  Last but by no means least player ability across the board.

There is every reason to be optimistic about the opportunities and potential for further success for the forthcoming season. The basis for this will be to capitalise on the experience gained over the recent years and establish some fundamental operating procedures outlining the vision of the coaches and management and communicating this to everyone well in advance.
 
We are proposing to continue the successful formula from previous seasons with some necessary enhancements to assist the development of the players as they get older and become better rugby players. The 2009/2010 CRFC under 12s will operate a single squad approach, with 3 different ability teams proactively managing movement between each of the teams.
